The 9th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting Plus, ADMM Plus concluded at the Sokha Siem Reap Resort and Convention Centre in Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia. Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office who headed the Brunei Darussalam's delegation to the ADMM Retreat, and the 16th ADMM in June 2022, attended the meeting.

The morning programme began with the Joint Courtesy Call by the ADMM, ADMM Plus Defence Ministers and representatives and the Secretary General of ASEAN on His Excellency Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia. Prime Minister of Cambodia in his keynote address among others, recognised the importance of ADMM Plus as a critical platform towards building solidarity, mutual understanding and serve as a key avenue for the exchange of views on the regional security landscape. The Meeting concluded with the Meeting adoption of the Joint Declaration by ADMM-Plus Defence Ministers on Defence Cooperation to Strengthen Solidarity for Harmonised Security.  Also held, the handing over ceremony of the ADMM Chairmanship from Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Indonesia.
