​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam made an unscheduled visit on 7th December afternoon, to the Logistics Department of the Royal Brunei Police Force, RBPF and several divisions under it in Gadong. His Majesty's visit was a continuation from a closed meeting with senior officers of the Royal Brunei Police Force on the 6th December. The visit not only ensures that weaknesses can be given attention to, but also overcome.

The Logistics Department is responsible for ensuring adequate logistical and technical requirements for the RBPF.

The department has 8 divisions among them the Quartermaster; Electrical Maintenance and Airport Safety Equipment; Administration; Transport and Workshop as well as Information Technology.

His Majesty then scrutinised the Quartermaster Division. The division is responsible in providing neat and clean equipment.

His Majesty then proceeded to the Electrical Maintenance and Airport Safety Equipment. The Monarch also took a closer look at the RBPF Vehicle Workshop Division.

It is His Majesty's wish for the RBPF to have a Strategic Planning Corporate Map to improve all aspects of leadership, management, administration, training and logistics capabilities.
