Five Koperasi Rimbun Berhad (KOPRI) security personnel yesterday received their rank insignias at a promotion ceremony, in recognition of services rendered.

KOPRI Chief Executive Officer cum guest of honour Dato Paduka Seri Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Awang Besar affixed the insignias onto the uniforms of 2671 Pengiran Zulkifli bin Pengiran Haji Yaakub, 1471 Siti Fatimah binti Haji Ismail, 699 Norafidah binti Zulkefli, Sec 1719 Abang bin Haji Saidi and Sec 2969 Norul Huda bin Haji Md Isa.

Certificates of appreciation were also presented to Sec 1605 Nur Aslam @ Sallehin bin Ahmad and Sec 2361 Abdul Syukur bin Hamdan for their roles in combating crime while on duty at theirrespective posts.

Earlier in the day, the guest of honour launched the KOPRI Security Training School official logo in the presence of the cooperation's director Dato Paduka Haji Manan bin Osman; KOPRI General Manager Supt Haji Ismail bin Haji Mohd Yassin and KOPRI Deputy General Manager Major (Rtd) Haji Daud bin Matnor.
