DARE’s (Darussalam Enterprise) Industry Business Academy (IBA) is seeking for more business mentors, facilitators, collaborators, instructors and partners for the next IBA cycle 2017.

IBA is a development and learning programme which began in May 2016 and imparts knowledge to SME’s on starting, running and expanding a business, with the objective to increase the number of sustainable businesses in the Sultanate. IBA was created after analyzing present day issues related to capabilities and knowledge of the local entrepreneurial environment.

The IBA has currently run a total of 13 modules which range from writing a business plan, getting financing, how to manage human resources, the importance of record keeping and marketing Those interested to work with DARE are expected to develop proposals for a specific module that they can conduct to be included in IBA
