His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam, last night graced the Majlis Persantapan Diraja or Royal Banquet in conjunction with the Royal Wedding Ceremony of His Majesty's daughter, Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Bahar ibni Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Digadong Sahibul Mal Pengiran Muda Haji Jefri Bolkiah. The ceremony took place at the Balai Persantapan, Istana Nurul Iman.

The Majlis Persantapan Diraja commenced with the arrival of the Royal Couple, Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Bahar.

The Majlis Persantapan Diraja was among the ceremonial events held in conjunction with the Royal Wedding Ceremony between Her Royal Highness Princess 'Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Bahar.

Doa selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz, the State Mufti.

Also in attendance were:

- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Mutadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah;

- His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Raabi'atul 'Adawiyyah;

- His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen;

- His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Wakeel;

- His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah,

- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Bini Hajah Faizah;

- Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Digadong Sahibul Mal Pengiran Muda Haji Jefri Bolkiah, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Norhayati.

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Majeedah Nuurul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah;

- Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna;

- And, Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam;

Also present was the Mother of the Bride. Also in attendance were Royal Family members from Pahang and Johor.

The Royal Wedding Ceremony portrayed the cultural richness conducted with the proper procedures and customs, symbolising the strength of the country's monarchical institution.
