​After the Audience Ceremony, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam proceeded together with His Excellency the Prime Minister of Thailand for a Bilateral Meeting that took place at Baitul Mesyuarah. During the Bilateral Meeting, discussions touched on bilateral cooperation in various sectors including energy, food security, agriculture, fisheries, education, tourism, health, and people-to-people exchanges, as well as the exploration of opportunities for future investment in areas of mutual interest to both countries. In a titah, His Majesty extends a warm welcome to His Excellency as well as delegation on his first official visit to Brunei Darussalam, and congratulated him on his recent appointment as the Prime Minister of Thailand. His Majesty states that His Excellency's visit reflects the continued close and long-standing relations between Brunei Darussalam and Thailand.

In the titah, His Majesty expresses happiness that both countries will celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations next year. His Excellency in a return address expressed joy with the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relation.
