Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good afternoon. It gives me great pleasure to warmly welcome you to

the Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between

Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd and Progresif Sdn Bhd. I am

delighted that we have finally come to this day.

Aegis is a consortium of 3 operating companies in Brunei employing

more than 800 staff collectively. 25 years ago in July 1998, Aegis Sdn

Bhd started off in partnership with Group 4 Securicor PLC. Throughout

the years, we established two sister companies under the Aegis

umbrella, and this year, Aegis celebrated its 25th Year Anniversary as

a group of companies under full local

Bruneian ownership. We provide a wide range of security services

including security systems consultation, installation and maintenance

of security systems, cash management, cash deposit machines,

guarding, cyber security, vehicle GPS tracking, cargo services, and

many more.

Our core values have always been customer-driven by building key

partnerships, demonstrating expertise through innovation and

leading-edge approach, performance improvement to create long term

sustainability, teamwork and collaboration, integrity, and employing the

best people.

Progresif and Aegis have had a long mutual relationship as customer

but also as supplier, all the way from when Progresif was still a joint

venture called B Mobile Communications. Our long standing

relationship has demonstrated a mutually shared commitment, and we

would like to express our gratitude to Progresif for that and the

continuous support for Aegis.

Through this collaboration with Progresif, customers will have the

chance to bundle Aegis electronic security systems and devices, with

the Fibre Home Wifi package offered by Progresif. The products we

are offering includes three types of CCTV cameras which are: 2MP

WiFi Outdoor Solar Camera, 3MP DIY Outdoor Solar Camera, 5MP

Indoor Smart Camera, and three types of WiFi Smart Door Locks

which are: K1 Pro Smart Door Lock, K1 Smart Door Lock, and X5

Smart Door Lock, which require WiFi connection for optimal

functionality.

For the purchase of these packages, customers may go directly to any

of Progresif branches, and Aegis will provide assistance through

device supply, installation, maintenance and after sales support on

Progresif Bundles. This collaboration leverages the strengths of both

companies to enhance customers convenience and home security

with the seamless integration of security technology and broadband

infrastructure.

Moving forward, hopefully this collaboration will be the first of many to

come. It is a great milestone for Aegis and Progresif’s business

relationship. I would like to take this moment to thank Progresif

management and team for their work in putting this signing event

together; as well as Aegis Board of Directors for being the driving

force behind this journey with their trust and dedicated support. And of

course, to all the staff involved in this collaboration. We are all very

proud of their achievements.
