IBTE SHIELD Programme Launched

​Recognising the importance of early learning on Safety, the Institute of Brunei Technical Education IBTE and Brunei Shell Petroleum Company BSP launched the IBTE Safety Health Innovation Excellence Leadership Development, IBTE S.H.I.E.L.D Programme at the IBTE Jefri Bolkiah Campus in Kuala Belait, 13th February afternoon.

 

The IBTE Safety Award Programme certificates were presented by Agnete Johnsgaard-Lewis, Managing Director of BSP. The IBTE S.H.I.E.L.D programme was designed to focus on instilling a mindset among the students on the importance of Health, Safety and Environment, HSE, especially in demanding industries such as Oil and Gas. Also launched was a new student learning centre which provides another learning platform for the students to gain knowledge and skills on HSE. Also present, Doctor Hj Mohd Zamri Bin Hj Sabli, IBTE Chief Executive Officer and Director of Technical Education.
