​At the Passing Out Parade of the 12th PKBN Intake, six trainees received the best awards in their respective fields. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presented the awards. The ceremony was held on 9th March morning, at the PKBN Training Camp Parade Ground in Batu Apoi.

Upon arrival, His Majesty was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Shortly after arriving, His Majesty received the Royal Salute and inspected the Guard of Honour.

Out of 469 trainees, 314 of them were male trainees and the rest were female trainees.

The best trainee awards were presented to six recipients. The Best Male and Female Trainee In Drill went to Awang Muhammad Sufi Muazzam bin Saiful Nidzam and Dayang Siti Nurbahriah binti Muhammad Norman Shah respectively.

The Best Male In Physical Training Award was presented to Awang Taufiq Nurhidayat bin Timbul; and Dayang Nur Farhana Syaherra binti Mohammad Faizal received the Best Female In Physical Training Award.

Awang Muhammad Zulhelmi Hashim bin Jainudin and Dayang Nur Lily Izzati binti Abdul Hamid received the Overall Best Male and Female Trainee Awards respectively.

Doa Selamat was read by Doctor Nur Muhammad Firdaus bin Abu Bakar, PKBN Religious Officer.
