His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al- Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses hope that no one feels uncomfortable with Ramadhan, but are ready to welcome it with open hearts, and not feeling stressed or depressed.

In the titah, His Majesty says this is the time for the Muslim ummah to reap the blessings of patience, as patience in the month of Ramadhan is unlike patience in other months. In the titah in conjunction with Ramadhan 1445 Hijrah/2024 broadcast nationwide through radio and television, His Majesty underscores that Ramadhan is here again, a month that is placed highly by Allah.
