​The Ministry of Health held a Tahlil Ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji Abdul ‘Azim. The ceremony took place 1st April morning, at the Royal Mausoleum.

Some 400 people attended the ceremony comprised Heads of Departments as well as officers and staff of the Ministry of Health which was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health.
