The villagers residing in the RPN Kampong Rimba area took part in a community project over the weekend to clean their surrounding environment.

The project, involving members of the Village Consultative Council of Jalan 82, 84 and 86, was also attended by the Acting Brunei-Muara District Officer, Misle bin Haji Abdul Karim.

The activity also involved some assistance from the Rimba Fire Station, the Neighbourhood Watch and a few agencies under Brunei-Muara District Office.

Haji Jamil bin Haji Abdul Ghani, the Deputy Chairman of RPN Kampong Rimba's Village Consultative Council, Zone 4, said that the campaign aimed to instil a sense of responsibility and commitment amongst the village residents towards maintaining a clean environment.
