​The Women's Community Programme: Cook for Good was one of the approach to empower women to start businesses with cooking skills as well as to promote and support women inclusively in terms of entrepreneurship.

It was launched on 6th April afternoon, by Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Safiah binti Sheikh Haji Abd Salam, Member of the Legislative Council. It was joined by 7 women from selected JAPEM target groups.

The programme included a briefing, and cooking as well as food decoration demonstration for breaking of the fast. The participants also had the opportunity to decorate and prepare their own dishes.

The Women's Community Programme was held in conjunction with International Women's Day Celebration 2024 to build skills that can be used throughout the life.
