Participants Complete Three Day Fire Marshall Training

Gaining the proper skills to response to a fire emergency, 25 five members of PAR Group of Companies including The Coffee Bean Brunei, Charcoal BBQ and Grill Restaurant, MyTown Eating House, MyTown Kitchen, Tummy The Yummy Food Truck, Haagen-Dazs and Le Gallery Suites Hotels & Restaurant, recently received certificates after completing a three-day Fire Marshall Training.

 


Conducted by the Fire and Rescue Department, the training was held at the Fire and Rescue Department at the Old Airport in Berakas. Participants underwent intensive training and engaged in team-building exercises and activities.

 

The Fire Marshall Training is organised by the Human Resources Department of PAR Group of Companies as an ongoing effort to ensure that every entity of their business operations has knowledge on the importance of fire safety and how to respond in the event of a fire.

 

"This is not only beneficial to the company, but to each individual as well. Equipped with basic fire marshall training, ouremployees can understand the main causes, prevention steps as well as do's and don'ts in any circumstances," said Heidi Jailani, the Human Resources Manager of PAR Group of Companies.

 

"We believe that our employees who completed this training can step up and use their knowledge and skills to create SOP's to ensur the safety of our workplace", h added.
