In an effort to foster a culture of reading and encourage the Muslim community in the country to read Al-Quran, the Language and Literature Bureau through the Library Division held a 60-Minute Programme with Al-Qur'an in conjunction with Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration and World Book Day at the Language and Literature Bureau and virtually.

Present was Doctor Dayang Siti Norkhalbi binti Haji Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Cu;ture, Youth and Sports.  The programme was enlivened with the recitation of Selawat Tafrijiyyah and Sayyidul Istighfar led by the students from the The Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute as well as a talk titled 'Al-Quran Sebagai Penawar Hati'.
