Starting from running a business based on 'Air BNB', has encouraged the owner of "Kupipiks"' to open her own cafe business in Kampung Kiarong. Dayang Siti Nur Majiidah binti Dato Paduka Haji Abu Bakar explained that before deciding to start a cafe business, she and her husband first learned various knowledge and partnerships to help themselves in running a cafe.

Dayang Siti Nur Majiidah also shared how to brew and produce the best coffee and tea drink in addition to selecting and making her own bakery products, namely 'Dessert' to suit the drinks offered, which is one of the attractions in her cafe.

She further explained that, although the idea of the cafe business was originally from a foreign country and now it is growing as a 'trend' in the country, she runs her cafe business by maintaining Bruneian characteristics.
