In Belait District, the Committee Meeting for His Majesty's 78th Birthday Celebration took place at the residence of Belait District Officer. Among the agendas discussed were the Get-Together Ceremony with the citizens and residents in Belait District.

The meeting was chaired by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer. In his speech, the Acting Belait District Officer seeks the cooperation of all parties involved in giving their commitment and ideas for the preparations in order to ensure the smooth-running of the events held.
