An Indonesian woman was detained and taken to the Law Enforcement Division for further investigation. The arrest was carried out during 'Operasi Kabat' by the law enforcement division, Department of Immigration and National Registration, targeting the Sungai Tujoh Immigration Control Post, Kuala Belait.

43-year-old, Hellen Fransisca was sentenced to 6 weeks imprisonment for failing to pay a fine of $1,500 for an offence under the Passport Act Chapter 3(2), which is attempting to exit the country without reporting and presenting travel documents to the Immigration Officer on duty.
