Over 30 people took part in the 'Sikal Syawal' event in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri organised by the Kampung Birau, Kebia and Luagan Timbaran, Tutong District's Consultative Council. The event was held on 26th April morning, in Kampong Birau, Tutong.

Among those participating was Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. 'Sikal Syawal' organised by the Youth and Sports Bureau started from Kampung Luagan Timbaran towards several houses around Kampong Biray and Kampung Kebia, Jalan Kuala Abang. It's aimed to reminisce the practice of reciprocal visits using bicycle during Hari Raya Aidilfitri that was done in the past.
