In conjunction with 64th Firefighter's Day Celebration, the Fire and Rescue Department organised the reading of Surah Yassin and Tahlil for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. It took place at the Royal Mausoleum, 1st May afternoon.

Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs. It was attended by 150 personnel comprising senior officers, officers, personnel and staff of the Fire and Rescue Department.
