The School Leaders Convention is hoped to cover strengthening the capacity and competence of School Leaders, enhancing joint accountability between departments and schools in the implementation of Ministry of Education initiatives and recognition of the contributions and achievements of schools. The convention ended with the presentation of letters of appointment of new school leaders and school incentives for government schools that achieve excellence in public examinations.

The letters of appointment and incentive were presented by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Dr. Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. At the event, several primary and secondary schools that achieved excellence in various categories received awards. Among them, excellent results in the Primary School Assessment, PSR and achievements in the Whole School Evaluation, WSE 2023.
