Counselling often involves the mind and heart, requiring Emotional Quotient, EQ and Social Quotient to assist those in need to lead a better life, especially in endearing oneself to Allah the Almighty. This was among the content of the Munajat Night held on 4th May night, for the 133rd times, organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The tazkirah was delivered by Retired Major Rusli bin Bujang, Founder of Empowerior Counseling as President of Brunei Counselling Association. Joining the Munajat Night were PERKAB members; Student Peers from Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien College; mosque takmir commitee members and congregants at the Brunei International Airport Surau as well as mosques, suraus and religious halls nationwide.
