An advance party from the Brunei Darussalam Haj Office, Administration and Medical is now in Saudi Arabia to make early preparations of Haj affairs with stakeholders prior to the arrival of the country's intending Haj pilgrims. Their duties will focus in Jeddah; Madinah al-Munawarah and Makkah al-Mukaramah.

Upon arrival, the delegation was welcomed by Awang Haji Farhan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Ghani, Brunei Darussalam's Acting Consulate General in Jeddah. The delegation was led by Awang Haji Abdullah bin Haji Mohammad, Director of Haj Management as Head of Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Administration. The delegation play a major role to ensure the smooth running of haj management and providing medical and health services for the country's intending haj pilgrims.
