'Operasi Kabat'

​Seven foreigners were arrested by the Law Enforcement Division during three separate 'Operasi Kabat'.

 

During 'Operasi Kabat' at a house construction site in Mukim Berakas B, a foreigner was arrested and taken to the Law Enforcement Division for further investigation. The individual failed to present any valid documents and believed to have been overstaying in the country after his immigration pass has expired.

 

Five foreigners were arrested during operations conducted on a car workshop in Mukim Pekan Tutong and several rental houses in Mukim Keriam. Three of them failed to present any valid documents and TWO were believed to have overstayed in the country after their immigration passes have expired and working with other employers.

 

While an inspection at a stall in Mukim Kilanas saw the arrest of a foreigner. He was believed to have been overstaying in the country after his immigration pass has expired.
