This marks the second consecutive year Baiduri Bank has received this honour, highlighting its outstanding retail performance driven by technological advancements and customer-centric initiatives. Reflecting on three decades of excellence, co-creation, and innovation, the Bank's recent achievements are a testament to its commitment to leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and drive financial success. Present at the ceremony was Mr. Ti Eng Hui, Chief Executive Officer of Baiduri Bank and Manuel Bulens, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Banking in Hong Kong. The ceremony was part of The Asian Banker Summit 2024.
