​Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB and Makan Ceria Sendirian Berhad signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU to enhance cooperation in research, education and training, with particular focus on the Food Science and Technology Program. The signing was held on 22nd June afternoon, at McDonalds Drive Thru Jerudong.

Signing the MoU was Datin Paduka Professor Doctor Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, Vice Chancellor of UTB, while Makan Ceria was represented by its Chairman, Awang Edzwan Zukri bin Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Adanan. Through this partnership, UTB students will have the opportunity to gain experience by participating in industrial placements, and joint research projects, specifically related to food science and technology.
