​Masjidil Haram is filled with congregants waiting for the prayer times and for haj pilgrims, they took the opportunity to perform the Tawaf Wada or the Farewell Tawaf. It is to be performed by the pilgrim just before leaving Makkah, Saudi Arabia, after completing their Haj. Meanwhile, the country's haj pilgrims need to be aware of the things that cannot be done after performing the Tawaf Wada'.

According to Pengiran Haji Reduan Bin Pengiran Haji Badaruddin, religious teacher from the Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office, after performing the Tawaf Wada', the haj pilgrims cannot purchase anything such as clothing, perfumes and others except for necessities needed for the journey back such as food and drinks. If the haj pilgrim did these, the Tawaf Wada' performed prior to this is considered invalid and they have to perform the Tawaf Wada' again for the second time. If the haj pilgrim is unable to do so, he may be imposed with dam or fine.
