​The 2nd Mental Well-being Roadshow 2024 is organised as a platform to raise awareness and educate as well as disseminate practical strategies on the importance of mental health. The roadshow organised by Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB and the Health Promotion Centre, supported by Tutong Sixth Form Centre took place at the Tutong Sixth Form Centre Hall in Bukit Beruang.

 

Present was Associate Professor Dr Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani, Ra'es of KUPU SB. The event coincided with the presentation of a token of appreciation to the Principal of Tutong Sixth Form Centre. Themed 'Mental Sejahtera, Generasi Hebat', the roadshow aimed to disseminate information on mental health in particular the importance of internalisation and experiences in Islamic teachings.
