BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

KFC Brunei yesterday held its annual KFC Fun Zone at the open area of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex with a line-up of fun activities and performances staged by KFC staff members.

KFC Brunei Manager Norlyn M Rufo noted that the event provided an opportunity for children and their parents to enjoy a fun family outing, develop art skills through colouring activities and strengthen family ties.

Earlier in the day, Norlyn presented $4,000 donations to Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam (Pusat Ehsan), Centre for Children with Special Needs (KACA) and the Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei, while the Children's Cancer Foundation (YASKA) received a $3,000 donation.

On hand to receive the mock cheques were Haji Ahmad bin Haji Abdul Rahman from Pusat Ehsan, Haji Abdul Alim bin Haji Othman from KACA, Pengiran Zamri bin Pengiran Haji Bujang for SMARTER Brunei and Siti Zaleha binti Haji Abdul Manaf from YASKA.
