A Chinese man was fined by the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court for failing to declare and being in possession of 105 packets of cigarettes of various brands without valid permission.

Jin En, aged 43, was fined $8,400 or 8 months imprisonment in default. All contraband was seized to be destroyed.
