At Istana Nurul Iman, the parties involved worked together to ensure the smooth running of His Majesty's Personal Gifts Presentation Ceremony. The officers assisted the recipients from the arrival process until completion.

 

Transportation facilities were available as early as 7 in the morning. Identification pass was distributed according to their respective categories.

 

Also provided was a counter to exchange coupons for cash operated by His Majesty's Office in collaboration with government agencies and Telecommunications Service Provider Companies.

 

The recipients also did not go home empty-handed before leaving Istana Nurul Iman.
