Albirex Singapore South East Asia Cup Tournament

Jerudong International School, JIS emerged champions of the Albirex Singapore South East Asia Cup 2024/2025 Brunei. Organised by Dash Football Academy in collobaration with Albirex Singapore Football Club, the tournament was held on 21st April at the FABD, Berakas. 

 

The tournament involved players aged 16, 17 and 18, competing in a league format with 7 players per team. The prize presentation to the champions was presented by Norio Murakami, Managing Director, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine System Asia as the main sponsor of the tournament. Meanwhile, the presentation of prizes to Indera SC and Golden Hawks, who came in second and third place, was presented by Pengiran Haji Kamarunsalehin bin Pengiran Haji Kamis, FABD Interim President, and His Excellency Kikuta Yutaka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the country.  From this tournament, 10 players will be selected to represent Brunei Darussalam for the Grand Finals match in Singapore in June.
