Cassie Ventura, the ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs, testified for the second day in the rapper’s sex trafficking trial that she took part in “hundreds” of “freak offs” over their relationship.

Cassie Ventura is sharing more details about her dynamic with ex Sean "Diddy" Combs.

As the "Me & U" singer took the stand for the second day in the rap mogul's federal sex trafficking trial May 14, she testified that "it's impossible to know" how many freak offs she took part in during their decadelong relationship, but it was "hundreds," according to court transcripts obtained by NBC News.

She alleged that Combs had filmed the highly orchestrated sexual performances—in which Ventura said she was often under the influence of drugs—to use as blackmail against her, telling her that he was "going to release them" and put her "career in jeopardy."

"He would mention them when he was upset about something. It was just a pretty common thing," she continued. "I feared for my career. I feared for my family. Just embarrassing, all of it. It's horrible and disgusting. No one should do that to anyone."

Ventura, who dated Combs on and off from 2007 to 2018, shared more insight into her experience during the alleged sex parties. She testified that her ex would instruct her to have sex with male escorts, even when she was suffering from painful urinary tract infections (UTIs).

"When we were having frequent freak offs, sometimes they were back-to-back," the 38-year-old said. "Sometimes I couldn't get rid of it and I was actually doing the freak off with an infection."

The Perfect Match actress—who is expecting her third baby with husband Alex Fine—said that she "got to the point" where the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin "didn't work anymore."

"It was really painful for a long time," she continued. "Having sex with a UTI was horrible, so uncomfortable. I would not advise it."

Ventura also alleged that she suffered from gastrointestinal issues due to her frequent drug use, which she said helped her not be "present in the moment."

"I would get sores on my tongue from the freak offs from taking drugs," she added, "from oral sex, also from having my mouth on things where there was oil and Astroglide and lubricants."

Ventura, said during her May 13 testimony that she began participating in freak offs at age 22 after Combs, now 55, proposed the idea because she was "in love" and "wanted to make him happy."

She admitted, "At some point, I felt I didn't have much of a choice. I didn't know what 'no' could turn into."

Ventura testified that Combs—who pleaded not guilty to charges for sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution—controlled all aspects of her life.

“Whether it was career, sex, everything—I didn't have much of a say,” she noted. “I was super young, I didn't know if he would be upset enough to be violent or not want to be with me at all, over time if I didn't do it.”

She also said she knew the power Combs wielded in his position.

"It was always in the back of my mind that I would somehow be hurt by him," she said on the stand. "Sean is a really polarizing person. He was very charming, it was hard to decide in that moment when he was telling you what he wanted. I just didn't know what would happen."
