Hailey Bieber once again addressed the rumors that she and husband Justin Bieber, who share 9-month-old son Jack together, are heading towards divorce. 

Hailey Bieber won’t let criticism flatline her marriage.

As the Rhode founder continues to face scrutiny over her personal life and romance with husband Justin Bieber, 31, she’s making one thing clear: the rumors will never outweigh the support she receives from her loved ones.

“It’s not real,” Hailey told Vogue of the outside noise in a May 20 interview. “And that’s the thing: I have a real life. My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them.”

But while the 28-year-old—who shares son Jack Blues Bieber, 9 months, with Justin—can count on her inner circle to help distract her from the drama, she still notices the gossip. In fact, she revealed the online ridicule took a toll on her as she navigated her first months postpartum.

“Being postpartum is the most sensitive time I’ve ever gone through in my life, and learning a new version of myself is very difficult,” she continued. “And to be doing that all the while going on the internet every day and people being like, ‘They’re getting divorced’ and ‘they’re this’ and ‘they’re not happy.’ It is such a mindf--k. I cannot even begin to explain it. It’s a crazy life to live.”

Indeed, she’s still learning to live her life in the spotlight. And in that adjustment, Hailey has realized she can’t “tell my side of a story or correct a narrative” without being accused of “lying.” It’s a back-and-forth she’s tried to win over the last few months, but Justin—who’s also been dealing with rumors about his career—helped her realize it’s easier to drown out the noise.
