Some 367 kilogrammes of wastes were collected during the Cleaning Campaign under the Main Committee on Hygiene Issues which was held at Lumut Beach, Mukim Liang, 22nd June morning.

The campaign was led by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer. The campaign which was organised by the Belait District Office was one of the department's initiatives and efforts to protect cleanliness and public safety. Among those participating were Members of the Legislative Council.
