The Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism through the Tourism Development Department, in collaboration with SEAMEO Regional Centre for Education as well as Vocational and Technical Training held a Customer Service Excellence Training program for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry specifically for the frontline of Brunei International Airport. The three day programme ended TODAY with a Certificate Presentation Ceremony. It took place at SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre in Gadong.

 

The certificates were presented by Salinah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Director Of Tourism Development. The 15 participants were from the tourism industry with the skills and knowledge in handling tourists using Islamic guidelines as well as Bruneian courtesy.
