Tropical Depression “Bising” To Bring Rains and Thunderstorms

PHILIPPINE

 

Tropical Depression “Bising” was spotted at 560 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur at 4:00 am. It has maximum winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph. It is expected to move West Northwest at 13 kph, based on PAG-ASA Weather Forecast.

 

Northeast Monsoon will affect Luzon.

 

Visayas, Mindanao, Quezon province and Bicol region will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

 

Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley region and Aurora, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected in Metro Manila, Ilocos region, Cordillera and the rest of Central Luzon.

 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the archipelago.

 

Luzon, Visayas and the eastern section of Mindanao will experience moderate to strong winds from the Northeast, as well as moderate to rough coastal waters.

 

Elsewhere, light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters will be experienced.
