A man yesterday pleaded guilty in the intermediate Court to three charges of outraging the modesty of his 13-year-old daughter and will be sentenced on April 27.

The forty-one-year-old defendant reportedly groped his daughter's breasts at 2.30pm on April 4 at a house in Tanah Jambu.

He repeated the offence sometime in April at the same location.

It was also mentioned that the defendant, back in 2014, also touched his daughter's private parts.

Prosecuting Officer Ali Amani Nokman informed intermediate Court Judge Pengiran Hajah Hanani binti Pengiran Haji Metussain that the defendant's acts were discovered by the Women and Child Abuse Crime investigation Unit of the Criminal investigation Department after the victim complained to a teacher at school.

The girl is now under the care of her grandparents.
