The 1st Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation between the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and Brunei Darussalam was held in Ha Noi, Viet Nam yesterday. The head of delegation for Brunei Darussalam is Yang Berhormat Pehin Dato Lim Jock Seng, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade whereas the head of delegation for Viet Nam is His Excellency Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
