The Brunei Book Fair 2017 held in the Multi-purpose hall of Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex is still open to public until March 7th. Various choices of genres are showcased in the fair.It also acts as a platform for book lovers and enthusiasts and the general public to meet with publishers, distributors and local, regional and international book writers.

The Fair is open to the public from 8.30 in the morning until 10 in the evening. A total of 30 local and foreign bookstores are taking part in the book fair. The book fair also provides an opportunity for the visitors to buy books with a discounted price. Such a fair also serves as a platform towards intensifying the book industry especially electronic books, communications and multimedia in the country such as Digital Al-Quran. Meanwhile, book dealers participating in the fair said that the fair gives the public the opportunity to expand their knowledge.
