A briefing on Education Intervention Programme (PIP) by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah was held yesterday.

After their previous briefing that was held in Temburong, this briefing was held at the Multipurpose Hall of Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar Secondary School (SMPJNPHAB) in Kuala Belait.

The objective of the briefing is to encourage competitive and studious students to be financially independent and improve the lives of their families.

A class tuition centre, totalling at 75 students from 7 different schools, will be included in the programme which will start on 5th March at SMPJNPHAB.

Present at the event is the guest of honor Assistant Managing Director of Yayasan, Mustapha bin Haji Matahir.

A short speech was delivered by Assistant Managing Director of Yayasan, Hajah Donnaliza binti Abdullah Puasa, before the briefing.
