The football world's gossip mill is in full swing, and Transfer Talk is monitoring the whispers ahead of all the summer moves. Check out the latest deals here.

Chelsea Belotti bid knocked back

Torino have a rejected a huge bid from Chelsea for star striker Andrea Belotti, claims Italian newspaper Tuttosport.

The Blues have tabled a €60 million (£51m) offer, with additional performance-related add-ons, for the capocannoniere leader.

Antonio Conte is a big fan of the 23-year-old, who has hit 24 Serie A goals this term to take the league by storm.

However, the player is known to have great affection for the city of Turin and Slavisa Mihajlovic will hope the club can resist further interest given how settled the Azzurri star is.

New Milan era to kick off with Cesc move

AC Milan will launch a new era under Chinese ownership by making Cesc Fabregas their trophy signing, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Rossoneri are ironing out the finer details of owner Silvio Berlusconi's sale, for a reported £650m, to Chinese company Sino Europe Sports.

The Chelsea star has been rotated in and out of Conte's side and could move on should the Italian not offer him assurances over first-team football.

Fabregas would inherit a starring role in his new side to begin the ambitious project of returning the seven-time European Cup winners to the Champions League.

Everton plot Saints raid for Van Dijk

Virgil van Dijk is one of the most in-demand centre-backs in the Premier League and the Liverpool Echo reports that Everton are planning to join the race for the Dutch star.

The 25-year-old has flourished since joining Southampton but a has now been ruled out for the remainder of the season through injury.

Saints will slap a £55m price tag on Van Dijk, which has put off the Toffees.

But the fact that the player is now represented by the same agent as Ronald Koeman is thought to have given the Merseysiders confidence they can beat Chelsea and Manchester City for the talented defender.

Big Sam admits Zaha 'could go'

A revelation in recent weeks, Wilfried Zaha is helping Crystal Palace move away from the relegation zone with a series of impactful performances, but the Express quotes Sam Allardyce admitting the Ivory Coast international could leave this summer.

Manchester City and Tottenham are thought to be preparing offers for the 24-year-old, whose current deal stretches to 2020.

His £35,000-per-week wages mean the Eagles will sit down at the end of the season in a bid to try and agree to a new-and-improved contract.

Allardyce admitted that there is "always a point where it may be impossible to turn down what is offered" for the £25m-rated winger, but that he hoped that point would not arrive soon.

Tap-ins

- Didier Drogba has signed on to become a player-executive after striking a deal with United Soccer League side Phoenix Rising.

The former Chelsea star, who last played for Montreal Impact, has been without a club since the turn of the year and now at 39 years old, Drogba will begin the transition from the pitch to the boardroom.

- Koeman has made strengthening his defence a priority this summer at Goodison Park, claims the Echo.

Hull's breakout star Harry Maguire and Burnley's Michael Keane, who was recently called up by England, are said to be targets.
