BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The Radio Services Section of Radio Television Brunei, RTB, will celebrate its 60th Anniversary on the 2nd of May. This morning the Radio Services Section organised a number of health activities at Jalan Mc Arthur in the capital. It was one of the activities held in the Bandarku Ceria Program.

Among the activities arranged were aerobics, quiz, face and henna paintings. Present was Haji Mohammad Sofian Bin Haji Bungsu, Director of Radio Television Brunei. In an interview with Muhammad Alim bin Sani,

the Senior Producer of the Radio Services Section, such activity was organised as the radio services section's initiative in its effort to get closer with their listeners.

During this morning's program, members of the public have the opportunity to view exhibition and book sales published by the Museums Department. Through the exhibition, the public and students of the higher learning institution will be able to buy books for research materials and collections.

For the young visitors, they have the opportunity to participate in various activities arranged. For example, the Brunei-Korea Youth Alumni Association organised an Edu-Heritage activity for children between 7 and 12 years old. They visited historic old buildings in the capital. They also have the opportunity to take a closer look at various games and traditional cake making.
