The delegation of Halaqah Al-Quran Selangor, Malaysia Association, this morning, organised a Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony at the Pengiran Muda Abdul Wakeel Mosque in Kiudang.

Among those present was Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Umarali bin Esong, a Legislative Council Member. Also present was Awang Haji Haizul Rizal bin Haji Yahya, Acting Assistant Tutong District Officer. The delegation comprised 150 people. Awang Haji Masri bin Haji Mohammad, the Tutong District Mosque Affairs Officer in an interview explained that among the objective of such event is to foster closer ties between the two countries.
