The re-dissemination on strata ownership for land owners, developers, real estate agents, professional bodies, licensed surveyors, lawyers and financial institutions related to the implementation of strata application was shared during the roadshow on the Dissemination of the Implementation of Strata Ownership yesterday. The roadshow aimed to provide understanding on application for building division, transfer of ownership process and establishment of the Strata Body.

Present was Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Abdul Wahab bin Haji Apong, Member of the Legislative Council. The briefing also explained on the advantages of strata ownership deed issuance, land ownership transfer or purchase process, inheritance, minor leasing of units owned and strata deeds that were used as financial loans guarantees allowed under Chapter 23 of the Land Code. The roadshow was held at the Dewan Seri Kenangan, in Tutong.
