​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a congratulatory message to His Excellency Edouard Philippe, on his recent appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of France.

In his message to His Excellency Edouard Philippe, His Majesty wished His Excellency much success in this important undertaking and looked forward to continuing to strengthen the warm and friendly relations enjoyed by the people and the much-valued cooperation shared by the two countries. In ending the message, His Majesty extended his kindest regards to His Excellency Edouard Philippe.
