The Ministry of Finance continues its efforts to improve the Brunei Darussalam's ranking in the Ease of Doing Business report, specifically for the Starting a Business indicator.  In this regard, the Registry of Companies and Business Names stated the matter through a Dissemination Session.  The session was conducted by officials from the Registry of Companies and Business Names (ROCBN) at the Ministry of Finance.

Starting a Business is also the continuous effort of the Ministry of Finance in supporting the government policy in providing business environment and investment through the improvement of ROCBN service level to the public and the stakeholders. In line with the Companies Act (Amendment) Order, 2017 and Stamp Act (Amendment) Order, 2017 in early May, the Ministry of Finance is also introducing the online procedures and simplifying registration and post registration requirements.  The event was held at the Ministry of Finance.
