Man Utd Confident In Perisic Pursuit; Juventus Still Chasing Bayern's Costa

Juventus are reportedly very interested in acquiring the services of Bayern's Douglas Costa.

The football world is awash with gossip! Transfer Talk is monitoring the whispers ahead of all the summer moves. Check out the latest deals and potential deals here.

Man United confident in Perisic pursuit

A move for Ivan Perisic to Manchester United looks to be on, and the Independent reports that the Inter Milan winger is "hugely keen and excited" to work with Jose Mourinho.

The Croatia star would cost about £50 million, with the player reportedly already agreeing personal terms with the Red Devils.

The Nerazzurri have sat back and watched Derby della Madonnina rivals AC Milan splash the cash while their situation appears more restricted. United have been given confidence they can prise away the former Wolfsburg star due to Inter's need to sell with £26m required before the end of June in order to comply with UEFA's Financial Fair Play.

And United are prepared to pay for Perisic, who is "desperate" for the move after scoring 11 goals and assisting 11 more last season.

Pickford to spark Toffees revolution

Jordan Pickford's impending £30m move to Everton will trigger a £150m spending spree to launch the Toffees' assault on a top-four finish next season.

The Sunderland goalkeeper could be followed by the arrivals of Davy Klaassen, Sandro Ramirez, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Michael Keane, says the Mirror.

The Ajax captain will be the next player to rock up at Goodison Park in a £25m move before a relative bargain in Sandro follows due to his Malaga contract containing just a £6m release clause.

Ronald Koeman will then account for Ross Barkley's potential exit by looking to snap up Swansea's Icelandic star, even if the asking price reaches £30m.

A centre-back, ideally Burnley and England's Keane, plus another striker will then round off their summer transformation.

Juve push for Douglas Costa

Juventus are serious about Douglas Costa and have made their intentions clear that they will bid up to €45m for the Bayern Munich winger, reports Sky Sport Italia, which is close to the figure required to strike a deal.

The Brazil star has failed to shine under Carlo Ancelotti in the same way he did with Pep Guardiola, scoring just seven times in all competitions and assisting nine more.

The Bundesliga champions want €50m for the 26-year-old, who has set his heart on a move to Turin. The Old Lady have agreed to terms of €6m per season, meaning Inter, who had also been interested, will have to look elsewhere for a wide player.

Donnarumma-Raiola row rumbles on

Gianluigi Donnarumma is perhaps the world's best young goalkeeper and has only one year remaining on his AC Milan deal.

These are exciting times for the Rossoneri after embarking on a spending spree following their takeover, but Sky Sport Italia has reported a row between the player's agent, Mino Raiola, and the club, who are thought to be growing restless at the lack of response to their offer.

Milan are believed to have proposed a €4m-per-season contract to the 18-year-old, but Raiola failed to respond before Tuesday's deadline.

In turn, director Massimiliano Mirabelli contacted the Italy international directly whilst he was at Azzurri training in Rome, which is thought to have enraged Raiola.

A meeting on Thursday will now reportedly decide the player's future, with Paris Saint-Germain ready to pounce if an agreement is not struck.

Tap-ins

- Former United States wonder kid Freddy Adu is having a trial at Swedish club Syrianska, report VLT.

The 28-year-old is looking for his 14th club as a professional, and his agent has revealed that the second-tier side rate him highly.

- Montreal Impact are eyeing up a move for Argentinian striker Ezequiel Cerutti with TyC Sports claiming the 25-year-old will be available for $5m (£3.9m).

The San Lorenzo star could follow the same path as Ignacio Piatti, who joined Montreal in 2014 from the Azulgrana and has proven to be a great success after scoring 36 goals in 73 games.

- Goalkeeper David Stockdale has rejected a new deal from Premier League new boys Brighton in favour of a move to Birmingham.

The 31-year-old, who played 45 times for Chris Hughton's side as they clinched promotion to the top flight last term, has signed a three-year contract at St Andrew's, which begins on July 1.
