Busy scenes of the public on a shopping spree for Hari Raya are everywhere. The Mubarak Lebaran Expo 2017 which began today at the Airport Mall, Berakas, is one of those focal points for such a purpose. The expo which opens until the 24th of this month, is organised by Baitunnur Event Management.

The Expo was officially opened by Awang Haji Muhammad Suffian bin Haji Bungsu, the Director of Radio Television Brunei. The ceremony then proceeded with a presentation of donations to orphans and people with special needs. The contributions came from the expo organisers and individuals. 

More than 50 booths are selling various local and imported products including clothes wear for men and women, accessories, woven fabrics and Hari Raya delicacies. The expo is open to the public from 10 am until 11 pm.  According to the event management, the main objective of the expo is to provide the facility for local entrepreneurs to gain experience in running business.
