More than 550 individuals have already registered online for the second edition of 'She Runs', the all-women charity run organised by Fitness Zone which was launched last Wednesday.

The response from the public is overwhelming, said Wu Chun, Managing Director of Fitness Zone, at a press conference held yesterday at the Kiulap Fitness Zone.

"Slots for the second She Runs are running out fast, therefore I would like to urge interested individuals to register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment," he added.

"Since the start of registration, we are getting registration from overseas participants. Last year, we have participants from some 10 countries," Wu Chun said.

"Thanks to the many sponsors, participants of She Runs will get T-shirts as well as finishing medals. Besides the fun run, there will be many other activities with fabulous prizes on offer."

Split into two categories of 3.7km and 5km, She Runs is set to take place on May 15, 2016. Online registration at sheruns.com.bn commenced on March 23 and will conclude on April 10.

Last year, a lot of Wu Chun's fans attended the charity runs in support of the super star's initiative to help charitable organisations and promote awareness on women empowerment.
